The first of its kind, Creative Restaurants Group is hosting a six-course chef’s collaboration dinner at Parc Brasserie, Oct. 4th.
Enjoy an amazing evening as six chefs work together to create an incredible feast complete with wine pairings! In honour of the changing seasons, the meal will be inspired by the fall harvest.
Serving a course will be Chef Keenan Coghlin-Cove from Parc Brasserie, Chef Ben Mills of Bonterra Trattoria and Posto Pizzeria and Bar, Chef Chris Prinz of Cibo, Chef Justin Lall of Scopa Neighbourhood Italian, Creative Restaurants Executive Pastry Chef Erin Vrba and Creative Restaurants Executive Chef Glen Manzer.
To add to the intimacy of the event, each course and its accompanying wine pairing will be presented by the Chef and General Manager of each restaurant!
