An Evening with Costers del Priorat

On Friday, April 17th, Bonterra Trattoria invites you to step into the rugged, sun-soaked hills of Priorat for an intimate wine dinner with acclaimed winemaker Jose Mas of Costers del Priorat. Known for crafting some of Spain’s most expressive and mineral-driven wines, Jose brings not just bottles, but stories—of slate soils, old vines, and the quiet patience that defines great winemaking.

This is more than a pairing dinner. It’s a conversation—between glass and plate, vineyard and kitchen, guest and maker.

Throughout the evening, you’ll be guided through a thoughtfully curated multi-course menu, each dish designed to highlight the depth and character of Priorat wines. Jose himself will lead you through each pour, sharing insight into the land, the process, and the passion behind every vintage.
