CARNE Thursdays: An Italian Steakhouse Takes Over Bonterra

What began as a sold-out pop-up has officially become a weekly ritual.

After the incredible response to CARNE’s debut, we’re thrilled to announce that CARNE is returning as a full restaurant takeover at Bonterra. Launching January 15, the dining room will transform every Thursday night into an intimate Italian steakhouse experience, running throughout winter and into spring.

Each Thursday, expect white tablecloths, warm candlelight, and tableside moments designed for lingering. The menu brings together the indulgence of a classic steakhouse with the soul of Italian cooking — bold, nostalgic, and meant to be shared.

Highlights include decadent Lobster Mac & Cheese, crisp and craveable Cheese Toast, and a playful Australian vs. Japanese Wagyu taste-off for true steak lovers. Signature mains like Steak Diane and a beautifully prepared Chateaubriand anchor the experience, while indulgent sides such as Truffle Mashed Potatoes round out the table. For a touch of old-world charm, Sicilian Escargot makes its return, rich with butter, herbs, and warmth.
