CARNE Thursdays: An Italian Steakhouse Takes Over Bonterra
What began as a sold-out pop-up has quickly become something more.
Thanks to the overwhelming response to our CARNE favourites, we’re thrilled to announce that CARNE is officially becoming a recurring pop-up takeover at Bonterra. Launching January 15, the entire restaurant will transform every Thursday night into an intimate Italian steakhouse experience, running throughout the winter and into spring.
Expect a room set with white tablecloths and candlelight, a sense of theatre brought tableside with our steak cut board, and a menu rooted in the traditions of a classic steakhouse, elevated through the lens of Italian cooking. Prime cuts, soulful pastas, indulgent sides, and thoughtful wine pairings will define each evening.
CARNE Thursdays are designed for long dinners, shared plates, great bottles, and even better conversation — a weekly ritual for those who appreciate the art of the steakhouse.
