A Taste of CARNE Returns to Bonterra This December
Our pop-up steakhouse, CARNE, made its debut during October in our Wine Room – and while the experience has wrapped, the cravings certainly haven’t.
This December, by popular demand, we’re bringing back a handful of CARNE’s most-loved dishes for a limited time. All month long, you can savour a taste of the pop-up that started it all, woven into Bonterra’s dinner menu.
The Dishes
We’ve revived a curated selection of CARNE favourites – rich, refined, and impossible to forget.
Expect the crisp, classic Wedge Salad, the indulgent Shrimp Cocktail, and the savoury Bison Bone Marrow that became a guest favourite. For those seeking comfort with elegance, the Porcini Risotto returns in all its earthy, velvety glory. And, of course, the star of any true steak lover’s evening: a beautifully seared 10oz CAB New York Striploin, cooked to perfection and served with celeriac pave, red wine jus, and a chestnut mushroom ragout.
