CARNE: Back for One More Week of Indulgence

Our pop-up steakhouse, CARNE, made its debut last week to a sold-out Wine Room – and we’re not done yet.

By popular demand, we’re keeping the flames burning for one more round of this rare, indulgent experience. Join us October 21–23 for the final three nights of CARNE, where Bonterra’s Wine Room transforms once again into an intimate Italian steakhouse – rich with candlelight, conversation, and the scent of seared perfection.

The Menu
This limited-time menu brings together the soul of a classic steakhouse and the heart of Italian cooking.
Guests can expect refined starters like Caviar Deviled Eggs and Bison Tartare, luxurious mains including Bison Bone Marrow & Seared Scallops, Lamb Rack, Lobster Diavola, and the show-stopping 45oz Bistecca alla Fiorentina, along with indulgent sides such as Celeriac Gratin, Tuscan Kale, and Chestnut Mushrooms.
