Tuscan-Style Canada Day Patio Party
This Canada Day, we’re trading backyard barbecues for something a little more Italian.
Join us on July 1st for Canada Day al Fresco, an afternoon and evening inspired by the relaxed charm of Tuscany. From 2 PM to 10 PM, our patio transforms into a long-table celebration filled with exceptional food, refreshing drinks, classic tunes, and the kind of company that makes summer memorable.
Chef Francis has created a family-style menu that celebrates the season and some of Alberta’s finest ingredients. Expect grilled local asparagus with Grana Padano, maple chili glazed chicken skewers, porchetta with apple and fennel mostarda, flank steak with salsa verde, and summer sides designed for sharing.
Your ticket includes admission to the event, your first beverage—choose from a house wine, spritz, or tall can beer—and access to a Tuscan-inspired feast served family style.
As the afternoon turns to evening, settle into the patio with a glass in hand while our DJ spins classic hits from the ’60s, creating the perfect soundtrack for a laid-back Canada Day celebration.
