We are proud to host a special Five-Course Gluten-Free Paired Dinner in honour of Celiac Awareness Month.

Taking place on May 26th, this thoughtfully curated evening has been designed to celebrate flavour-forward Italian dining while offering guests complete peace of mind at the table. In collaboration with Bonvida Wines, the experience features a fully gluten-conscious menu paired with expressive wines selected to complement every course.

From handmade gluten-free pasta and house-made pizza to charcoal-grilled bison tenderloin and a refined dessert finale, each dish has been carefully developed with zero compromise on taste or experience. Throughout the evening, our culinary team will follow strict cross-contamination safety protocols, ensuring guests can dine comfortably and confidently.
