From January 15–31, Bonterra proudly welcomes back its Mac & Cheese Fest–winning dish, returning to the menu by popular demand.
Named the 2025 Defending Champion, Gnocchi by the Shore is a refined expression of comfort, crafted through an Italian lens and elevated with premium ingredients and thoughtful technique.
This signature dish features house-made ricotta gnocchi, delicately paired with shrimp, bay scallop, and Alberta beef short rib, all served in a rich lobster bisque. Finished with fontina cheese and focaccia pangratto for texture and depth, it’s a dish that balances indulgence with elegance.
