This Valentine’s Weekend, Bonterra is trading soft candlelight for the bold, colourful, theatrical spirit of Carnivale di Venezia. From February 13th to 15th, we invite you to step into CarneVALENTINO — a playful, decadent, and unmistakably Italian celebration of love in all its forms.
Inspired by the masked balls, grand feasts, and flirtatious energy of Italy’s most famous carnival, CarneVALENTINO blends romance with revelry. Expect dramatic flavours, luxurious ingredients, and a touch of spectacle across a specially curated feature menu designed to be shared, savoured, and celebrated.
Begin with showstopping antipasti like Tuna Crudo — bright with blood orange and heat from Calabrian chili — or indulge in our Burrata for Two, served whole with winter truffle honey and roasted grapes, dripping with decadence.
For the main event, choose between our Winter Truffle Risotto (luxuriously finished with Grana Padano and optional lobster), a dramatic Mixed Grill of halibut, beef tenderloin, and garlic prawns, or our AB Lamb Roast for Two, roasted to perfection and served with fennel purée, olive tapenade, and crispy capers. If you’re craving something briny and comforting, our rich, fisherman-style Cioppino is not to be missed.
No Italian celebration is complete without dessert — choose between silky Chocolate Budino with espresso caramel or a delicate Strawberry & Vanilla Panna Cotta perfumed with basil syrup.
