The Feature Menu
Antipasti
Start the evening with elevated classics and winter-driven flavours. Our NYE Caesar Salad gets a luxurious twist with lobster fritto misto, olive oil brioche, chervil, crisp prosciutto, and bright lemon olive oil.
Or opt for the Eh! Farms Duck Confit Crespelle, layered with blood orange, basil, beet, radish, and wild rice — rich, vibrant, and perfectly balanced.
Pasta
House-made Chestnut Tagliatelle brings warmth and depth, tossed with roasted mushrooms, butternut squash, leek, aged provolone, and walnut sauce — comforting, earthy, and unmistakably festive.
Main
For seafood lovers, our Pan Roasted Halibut is served with citrus olive relish, mussel tomato butter, and fingerling potatoes.
The AB Prime Beef Tenderloin arrives with winter truffle risotto, red wine reduction, and crisp sunchoke chips — a true New Year’s centrepiece.
Dolce
End on a celebratory note with Lemon Ricotta Zeppole, served with champagne-chilled zabaglione — light, luxurious, and just sweet enough.
