You may recognize this smiling face from one of our Creative Restaurants over the past 13 years, starting off at Bonterra as a line cook and working for/running a couple others along the way. We are ecstatic to say that Joseph Lavergne is back at Bonterra and is now Chef de cuisine of both Bonterra & Posto.
