We are so excited to introduce to you, Kevin, Bonterra Trattoria’s new Chef du Cuisine! Aka Kevin the Human (not to be confused with Kevin, the Posto, fish). He is the kindest hardest worker and we are beyond grateful to have him leading our team.

His favourite travelling experience was his year abroad in Melbourne, Australia.
His favourite foods to enjoy on his nights off are ramen and a good ol’ sandwich.
Kevin has been working with us for the past year and a half already so knows Bonterra’s standards of great food & fine ingredients already, come try out his new menu this week!
