Bonterra Trattoria is exploring five southern regions of Italy each week of May! We’re starting in the middle with Tuscany and making our way down the tour to compliment spring with new food features every week inspired by the region!

May 1-5th – TUSCANY

Bistecca alla Florentina – 26oz porterhouse for two served with beet, broccolini, fingerling potatoes, squash puree, roasted heirloom carrot

May 6-12th – MARCHE

Olive Fritti – fried olives stuffed with short rib, lemon aioli

Vincisgrassi Lasagna – white lasagna with duck, veal and truffle

May 13-19th – LAZIO

May 20-26th – CAMPANIA

May 27-31st – SICILY
