We celebrate the arrival of spring! With it always comes the most flavourful fresh products not available during those cold winter months.
Chef Benjamin Mill will prepare a five course menu that celebrates the new fresh vegetables and meat that are arriving weekly from local farmers. Chef Mills chooses to work with many local farmers because of their sustainable family farming, and superior fresh products they can supply. A farms growing seasons and what they have available changes on a daily and weekly basis, so chef is always in constant communication finding the next best ingredient to bring into the restaurant.
Tickets are $69, including tax and gratuity. Wine pairings are available for $41.
