Zenato owner and operator, Alberto Zenato, will join us from Italy to share the story of his winery and speak on wine pairings throughout the evening. In the kitchen, Chef Ben Mills and Executive Chef Glen Manzer have created a spectacular four-course feast that embodies the spirit of Bonterra Trattoria as the ultimate host.
