This year, let us warm you from the inside out with the seasonal creations of our menu. Gone are the bright fruits of summer and in their place we’ve embraced the hearty root vegetables, winter greens and slow-cooked meats of the Fall.
Our savory Tuscan stew is a dish sure to warm your bones, filled with hearty winter vegetables, veal loin and served with polenta fries. Enjoy tender Alberta Heritage turkey served with bread pudding, potato puree, cranberry coulis, brussel leaves and turkey cracklin’.
A long-time guest favourite pumpkin ravioli is back on the menu, served with brown butter, cranberries and pumpkin seeds. On the greener side, locally-grown kale salad is paired with tangy ginger and garlic dressing, crushed white beans and topped with apple slices, walnuts and pecorino cheese.
To sweeten things up, our bakery team has outdone itself with delectable desserts like our dark chocolate custard, topped with toasted hazelnuts, sea salt, chocolate crumble and cherry compote.
